Jane Lewis is an engaging facilitator of gutsy yet gentle and compassionate conversations that grow from a background in entertainment and applied psychology.

After 20 years of consulting in leadership and critical thinking, Jane spent seven years at the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission, where she began her collaboration with Professor Yin Paradies, a Wakaya man, now Chair in Race Relations and Indigenous Knowledges and Culture Coordinator at Deakin University. Jane operationalised Yin's "reflexive anti-racism" theory and tools into engaging, interactive education for local, state and federal government projects. 

A freelancer for six years now, Jane continues to work with Yin and other expert ARC collaborators to deliver AntiRacism education and transformation for corporate, educational and sports organisations.
